RELAY-BYPASS-PCB
ActiveRelay Bypass PCB (Guitar Pedal Soft-Touch)
Relay bypass PCB — replaces mechanical 3PDT with soft-touch momentary + relay.
Common Applications
The modern upgrade to the 3PDT stomp switch. Uses a soft-touch momentary switch (much lighter press) to trigger a relay that does the actual signal switching. Benefits: lighter press, no click noise (silent switching), LED control included, and relays last millions of cycles vs 30K for 3PDT. Popular in premium boutique pedals (Strymon, Chase Bliss, Walrus Audio).
