सक्रियPush Button Circuit Breaker 30A
Blue Sea CLB push button circuit breaker — switch and overcurrent protection in one.
सामान्य अनुप्रयोग
Combination push button switch and circuit breaker for marine DC circuits. Press to turn on, press again to turn off. Automatically trips on overcurrent. Replaces separate switch + fuse with one device. Found on boat electrical panels worldwide. Available in 5-50A ratings.
Research Notes
1. Overview
The Blue Sea Systems 4337 is a push-button, reset-only thermal circuit breaker rated 30 A — a panel-mount protective device with a push-to-reset white button that pops out when it trips (over-current) and is pushed back in to restore the circuit. It uses a "trip-free" design (it can't be held ON during a fault) and is built for marine/DC power distribution. Standards: UL 1077, ABYC E-11, ISO 8846. It's a breaker with an integrated button, not a signaling pushbutton.
2. User Sentiment
Blue Sea Systems is a trusted marine electrical brand; these push-button breakers are valued for compact, resettable circuit protection (no fuses to replace) on boats, RVs, and 12/24 V DC systems. The push-to-reset action is intuitive, and the trip-free design is a safety plus. Considerations are choosing the correct amperage (30 A here) and terminal type, and that it protects a single circuit.
3. Real-World Applications
Branch-circuit protection on marine/RV/DC panels — protecting pumps, lighting, electronics, and accessory circuits; also usable for 24-hour circuit protection. Push to reset after a trip.
4. Technical Specifications
- Type: push-button reset-only thermal circuit breaker (trip-free)
- Rating: 30 A
- Actuator: white push button — push to reset (pops out on trip)
- Contacts: SPST with integral 30 A breaker
- Housing: phenolic
- Standards: UL 1077, ABYC E-11, ISO 8846
5. Ordering & Compatibility
Blue Sea 4xxx push-button breaker family — variants differ by amperage and terminal (screw vs quick-connect). Confirm the current rating (30 A) and terminal for your panel. Optional breaker boots (e.g. Blue Sea 4136) protect the button. For marine/DC distribution panels.
6. Known Issues
No notable reliability issues — a standard marine breaker. Practical care: it's a circuit breaker (protective device), not a control pushbutton; match the amperage to the circuit, use the correct terminal type, and reset by pushing the button after clearing the fault.

Panel cutout: 22mm. Insert from the front of the panel, secure with mounting nut from behind (tighten to 2-3 Nm).
Contact block: Snap or screw the contact block onto the rear of the button body. Ensure the contact block orientation matches the wiring diagram — NO terminals are usually marked.
Wiring: Use 0.5-2.5mm² stranded wire with ferrules. Tighten screw terminals to 0.8 Nm. Test the button function before energizing the circuit.

समस्या निवारण
Button doesn't respond when pressed
Check the contact block first — it's the most common failure point. Test continuity across the NO or NC terminals with a multimeter. If no click is felt, the return spring in the head may be broken.
Works intermittently
Contact block contacts are pitted or burned. Replace the contact block — don't try to file the contacts. Check if the rated cycle count has been exceeded.
Button feels mushy or doesn't click
The spring return mechanism in the button head is worn. Replace the head. The contact block can usually be reused if it tests OK.
