800F-A1A1
ใช้งานอยู่22mm White Flush Push Button
Allen-Bradley 800F white flush push button.
การใช้งานทั่วไป
White = neutral/no specific meaning per IEC 60204-1. General purpose auxiliary button. Can also indicate confirm or accept in some panel designs.
Research Notes
1. What this is
800F-A1A1 does not correspond to a real Allen-Bradley product. It was recorded in this catalog as "22mm White Flush Push Button", but the code violates Rockwell's actual Bulletin 800F naming and returns no manufacturer or distributor results. If you found this exact code somewhere, it is almost certainly auto-generated or mistyped — treat it as non-existent.
2. Why it isn't real
Rockwell's genuine Bulletin 800F 22 mm pilot-device system uses:
- Colors as DIGITS, never letters: 1 = white, 3 = green, 4 = red, 5 = yellow, 6 = blue, 7 = black. Codes like "A7", "A1", "A4M1", "A8A8", "LW4" have no valid color field (there is no "A#" color, and 800F has no orange).
- Operators with actuator letters — e.g. 800FP-F3 (green flush), 800FP-F4 (red flush), 800FP-E3 (green extended). See the genuine operator entries in this catalog (#524 800FP-F3, #525 800FP-F4).
- Separate contact blocks — 800F-X10 (1 NO), 800F-X01 (1 NC) — that latch onto the operator (#523). 800F does not ship "complete/enclosed stations"; enclosed pushbutton stations are a different Rockwell line (800T / 800H, 30.5 mm).
3. What you probably want instead
For a white flush 800F pushbutton, the real code is 800FP-F1 (1 = white), plus a contact block.
4. Why this page exists (data-quality)
Kept deliberately. The Button Index ranks for this exact code, so rather than show a misleading spec sheet, this page tells you the code isn't a real product and points you to the genuine 800F system. Flagged pn_status: fabricated. If you have a source proving otherwise, it can be reinstated.

Pn notes
|
Fabricated 800F PN — letter-coded actuator/color violates Rockwell's real scheme (actuator codes F/G/E/R; colors are DIGITS: 1 white/3 green/4 red/5 yellow/6 blue/7 black). 0 distributor hits. Re-key to genuine 800FP-/800FM- by intended color/type, or remove.

คู่มือการติดตั้งอย่างรวดเร็ว
Panel cutout: 22mm. Insert from the front of the panel, secure with mounting nut from behind (tighten to 2-3 Nm).
Contact block: Snap or screw the contact block onto the rear of the button body. Ensure the contact block orientation matches the wiring diagram — NO terminals are usually marked.
Wiring: Use 0.5-2.5mm² stranded wire with ferrules. Tighten screw terminals to 0.8 Nm. Test the button function before energizing the circuit.

การแก้ไขปัญหา
Button doesn't respond when pressed
Check the contact block first — it's the most common failure point. Test continuity across the NO or NC terminals with a multimeter. If no click is felt, the return spring in the head may be broken.
Works intermittently
Contact block contacts are pitted or burned. Replace the contact block — don't try to file the contacts. Check if the rated cycle count has been exceeded.
Button feels mushy or doesn't click
The spring return mechanism in the button head is worn. Replace the head. The contact block can usually be reused if it tests OK.
