Active10250T 30mm Green Pilot Light 120V
Cutler-Hammer 10250T heavy-duty 30mm push button — legacy American industrial standard.
Common Applications
The original heavy-duty American industrial push button. If you are maintaining equipment built between 1960-2000 with Cutler-Hammer controls, these are the buttons. 30mm heavy-duty with NEMA 4/13 rating. Eaton still manufactures direct replacements since they acquired Cutler-Hammer in 1978. The 10250T was to Cutler-Hammer what the 800T is to Allen-Bradley.
Compatibility
Legacy 30.5mm Cutler-Hammer part. Direct Eaton replacement: Eaton 10250T series (same part number — Eaton continues manufacturing under the old numbering). Not compatible with 22mm buttons — requires 30.5mm panel cutout. For new builds, consider migrating to Eaton M22 (22mm) to modernize.
Repair & Maintenance
Same heavy-duty construction as Allen-Bradley 800T. Contact blocks are replaceable. 30.5mm panel cutout means you cannot drop in a 22mm button without an adapter plate.

Actuator Function
Momentary = springs back when released. Maintained/latching = stays pressed until pressed again.

Actuator Type
The button head style. Flush sits level with the bezel (prevents accidental presses). Extended protrudes for easy access.

Certifications
Third-party safety certifications. UL = required for US NEC installations. CE = EU compliance. CSA = Canadian standards.

Color
Button/actuator color. Green = start/go, Red = stop/emergency, Yellow = caution, Blue = reset (per IEC 60204-1).

Cutout Diameter
The hole size you drill in your panel to mount this button. 22mm is the most common industrial standard worldwide.
|
30.5mm

IP Rating
Ingress Protection rating — first digit is dust (0-6), second is water (0-9). Higher is better.

|
LED Voltage
The voltage required for the built-in LED. Must match your control circuit voltage (typically 24V DC or 230V AC).
|
120V AC (transformer type)

|
Material
The bezel/body material. Metal bezels are more durable in harsh environments. Plastic is lighter and cheaper.

Installation Quick Reference
Panel cutout: 30.5mm. Insert from the front, secure with mounting nut.
LED module: Check the voltage rating matches your supply (typically 24V DC or 230V AC). Connect to PLC digital output or relay contact for status indication.
Color meaning (IEC 60204-1): Green = normal/running. Red = fault/danger. Yellow = warning/caution. Blue = mandatory action. White = neutral/general.

Troubleshooting
Light is dim or flickering
Check supply voltage matches the LED module rating. Low voltage causes dimming. If voltage is correct, the LED module is failing — replace it. LED modules have finite life (typically 50K-100K hours).
Light doesn't turn on
Verify voltage at the terminals with a multimeter. Check the PLC output or relay driving the light. LED modules are polarity-sensitive on DC circuits — try reversing the leads.
