PC AQUA ZILENT V2 62G SILENT TACTILE PCB MOUNT
ActifZeal PC Aqua Zilent V2 62g Silent Tactile PCB Mount Switch
62g bottom-out force Silent Tactile switch PCB Mount Style Aqua Blue polycarbonate top and bottom housing All Zilent V2s have reduced wobble that's less than Holy Pandas, while managing to be even more tactile with a bigger, smoother bump as well. Bump starts at the very top of the keypress, no pre-travel. Zilent V2 switches come in 4 variants. They are rated at "bottom out" force, not actuation! Dampener has been redesigned, tactility has been improved as well. Tactile feeling for the different weights: 62g Zilents - Smooth, crisp and light, a bit heavier than MX Browns in weight, but offer a much smoother experience with a crisper and large tactile bump feedback when compared to Holy Pandas. Lightest variant Zilent. 65g Zilents- Smooth, long, drawn out tactile bump from the top. Nice cushion during bottom out. 67g Zilents - "Crisp & responsive" tactile bump feeling at the very top with more cushion during bottom out than 65g Zilent V2. 78g Zilents - For those that prefer a slightly lighter MX Clear, but want a bigger and smoother bump than MX Clears / Holy Pandas. Tactile bump is round and snappy at the very top. From beginning to end, the spring is heavier than all other Zilent variants. Please note that PCB mounted switches can still be used in many plate mounted keyboards. As long as your PCB underneath has 2 extra holes next to the center post, it will support PCB Mounted switches and add extra rigidity to your build. If your PCB does not have the extra holes, then you can simply cut the small plastic legs off to make them Plate-Mount!

4. Data-quality note
The switch type, force, and/or mount are decoded from the product name (the standard way keyboard switches are specified). Confirm exact spring curve, travel, and housing/stem material against the manufacturer's spec if precision matters. (Note: some of these rows are catalogued under a generic push-button/arcade-button category in the source data; the correct device class is keyboard switch, recorded in the specs above.)

Panel cutout: 22mm. Insert from the front of the panel, secure with mounting nut from behind (tighten to 2-3 Nm).
Contact block: Snap or screw the contact block onto the rear of the button body. Ensure the contact block orientation matches the wiring diagram — NO terminals are usually marked.
Wiring: Use 0.5-2.5mm² stranded wire with ferrules. Tighten screw terminals to 0.8 Nm. Test the button function before energizing the circuit.

Button doesn't respond when pressed
Check the contact block first — it's the most common failure point. Test continuity across the NO or NC terminals with a multimeter. If no click is felt, the return spring in the head may be broken.
Works intermittently
Contact block contacts are pitted or burned. Replace the contact block — don't try to file the contacts. Check if the rated cycle count has been exceeded.
Button feels mushy or doesn't click
The spring return mechanism in the button head is worn. Replace the head. The contact block can usually be reused if it tests OK.
