Naevy R1.5 Tactile Switch by AEBoards. View the complete   AEBoards Switch Lineup The Naevy switch project has been a year of continual research and development into tactile switches. The current tactile switch market has been stagnant, without any innovation and most tactile builds require acquisition of multiple switches to be put together - increasing over cost, waste and effort. The aim of the Naevy switch is to create a new type of tactile - affordable and good as a stock switch. We are still in early days of where we want to be for the ultimate tactile but we believe that have something available to the market that you’ll love - a smooth, great new tactile feeling. Bottoms out a little bit earlier and moves the bump to mid/mid-top The stem is an original mold owned by AEBoards and uses a panda derivative housing (most commonly used for tactile switch modding). It is best described as a tactile stem—MX Clear-like bump with an extended pole. These stems have a different bump from halo stems and don’t feel like Holy Pandas. It bottoms out a little bit earlier and moves the bump to mid/mid-top. Dépannage

Button doesn't respond when pressed

Check the contact block first — it's the most common failure point. Test continuity across the NO or NC terminals with a multimeter. If no click is felt, the return spring in the head may be broken.

Works intermittently

Contact block contacts are pitted or burned. Replace the contact block — don't try to file the contacts. Check if the rated cycle count has been exceeded.

Button feels mushy or doesn't click

The spring return mechanism in the button head is worn. Replace the head. The contact block can usually be reused if it tests OK.
